Items returned to Spinnaker must be in the same new and unused condition as they were received.
The item must be returned with the manufacturer’s boxes and all parts and accessories, including dust bags, hangers, warranties, and the plastic security tag to ensure a full refund. Spinnaker srl reserves the right to NOT accept the return in the case any accessories listed above are missing. We will not accept items without the security tag.
Items must be returned in the shipping box they were received in. If in good condition, you may reverse the Spinnaker packaging for the return or use a similar box to avoid damage. Simply sealing the brand box with tape and writing the address on it will damage the packaging and the return will be refused.
If you receive defective goods, make sure the plastic security tag is still attached. We will not accept defective goods without the tag.
Unaccepted returns will be shipped back at your expense. IMPORTANT: It is not possible to return an order from a Country other than the delivery Country.
According to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, if you wish to request a return for your order, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
For orders shipped within Italy, you may request an exchange for the purchased item. Exchanges are only allowed for the same item, selecting a different size or color, if available. Once the returned item has been received and processed by Spinnaker, the new item will be shipped.
For non-EU orders, exchanges are not available.
If you have an account, log in and click on “My Orders” – “Returns.” Please leave a message explaining why you want to return the item. This will significantly speed up the process.
Customers who are not registered with Spinnaker can email info@spinnakerboutique.it with the following information: order number, order date, full name, daytime contact number, item code/color/description, and a brief explanation for the return. Once we receive your request, we will send you the return shipping label and a return invoice valid for 7 business days. Returned items must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally placed.
Please note that ALL items MUST be returned using a shipping label provided by Spinnaker Customer Service and delivered to the courier no later than 7 business days after receipt. For non-EU customers (DDU shipments), a mandatory return invoice will also be provided for shipping purposes.
If you choose to use a different courier, all shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility, and Spinnaker will not be liable for lost or damaged items. In this case, the customer must also pay any taxes and fees, if applicable, at the time of shipping. Spinnaker reserves the right to refuse items sent via couriers other than the one specified in the return/exchange instructions email if delivery involves additional costs for Spinnaker or requires pickup from a courier branch. In that case, the item will be refused and returned to the sender.
Please note that shipping costs (both outbound and return) are the responsibility of the customer if the return is requested due to an ordering mistake (e.g., wrong size or color) and therefore will not be refunded.
The return shipping cost is equal to the outbound shipping cost. (If a free shipping promotion was used, it does not apply to the return.)
If duties and taxes were paid directly to the courier before delivery, these costs will not be refunded by Spinnaker.
We will process your refund or exchange request within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed by your financial institution.
For orders shipped outside Europe*, customs duties are automatically calculated at checkout according to local regulations.
*Note: if you're ordering from the USA, Hong Kong, South Korea, or Israel, duties and taxes are NOT included at checkout. The courier or local customs authorities may request payment from the customer before delivery. If payment is not made, the package will be returned to the sender. In this case, both the outbound and return shipping costs, along with any additional charges, will be deducted from your refund.
We strongly advise customers to check local import regulations before proceeding to checkout.
Authorities may request additional information before releasing the package to the customer. If the customer refuses to provide the requested information, the package will not be delivered and will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer will be charged the shipping costs and any additional fees billed to the sender.
Customs duties will not be refunded by Spinnaker Boutique if an international order is rejected upon delivery and returned to us.
